Single Origin Showcase: Honduras

by Kaitlin Graham 10 Oct 2023

Our Honduras single origin beans will send waves of flavor through your tastebuds.

Coffee fields in Honduras

Grown in the Casitas district in the Copan region, at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,700 meters (4,265-5,500 ft.), our organic Honduras beans are harvested from January to April. They are fully washed and dried in the sun.

Our beans are grown by the Coop Cafescor, that was created in 2014 by 25 small farmers. Today, more than 131 farmers are part of the cooperative.

Coffee is the main agricultural export in Honduras, so it’s safe to say that when it comes to coffee, Honduran farms know what they’re doing.

This medium-dark roast has a little bit of a kick to it, boasting flavors of caramel, spice, and brown sugar. The delicious combination of spicy and sweet turns your cup of joe into a special treat.

Treat yourself to something special and try Honduras (you’ll be glad you did).
