Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us and varies depending on the products ordered.


COFFEE

Order Processing

Each coffee is craft roasted to order daily. This means that the order to ship time is generally 3-5 business days but may be longer in high demand periods. As the coffee is roasted specifically for your order, we regret that we cannot accept any changes once an order has been confirmed.

Once your coffee has been roasted and packaged, it will ship the following business day.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

All domestic U.S. coffee orders ship free to all 50 states, the U.S. territories and APO/AE addresses.

In the U.S., the ship to delivery time is generally 2-5 business days. This results in your coffee arriving right at the peak of flavor, ready to enjoy.

Each order is unique and will be shipped using the most appropriate method based on the package. In general:

Expedited shipping is not available. We do not offer local delivery or in-store pick-up.

 

Domestic Subscription Fulfillment

If you have enrolled in our subscription service, your coffee will be delivered according to the scheduled intervals that you selected. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before the next shipment is processed.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is available. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on the destination, delivery times will vary but generally range between 8-20 days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monkey Hanger Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Currently, we are unable to ship products to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.

 

Order Issues

We hope that your coffee arrives in perfect condition and exceeds your expectations. However, we use a craft roasting process which involves humans at every step, so sometimes errors are made.

In the event that your coffee is not as ordered, or has been damaged in transit, please e-mail us as soon as possible at orders@monkeyhanger.co with you name, order number and details of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as our goal.

If your order is returned to Monkey Hanger Co., due to being unclaimed at customs or had an incorrect delivery address, and you wish to have the product reshipped, shipping charges will be applied. We will contact you if goods are returned.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As our coffee is craft roasted to your order and is a perishable item, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.

MERCHANDISE

Order Processing

Each item is made to order. On average our order fulfilment time is 2-5 business days but may be longer in high demand periods. We regret that we cannot accept any changes once an order has been confirmed.

Once your item(s) have been fulfilled, they will ship the following business day.

All products are custom-made for you and may ship from multiple facilities or in specific packaging to protect their shape and provide extra durability. As such, your order could be delivered in multiple parcels on separate days.

In the U.S., the estimated shipping time is generally 2-5 business days.

If your tracking shows that the product was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier in the first instance to request additional information about the shipment. If you are still unable to locate the package, please e-mail us at orders@monkeyhanger.co with your name and order number, and details of the issue.

If your order is returned to Monkey Hanger Co., due to being unclaimed at customs or had an incorrect delivery address, and you wish to have the product reshipped, shipping charges will be applied. We will contact you if goods are returned. If we do not hear from you within 15 days, items will be donated to charity.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As all merchandise items are custom-made to your order, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges, other than for defective items.

For clothing items, please use the sizing charts available on the product pages to ensure the best fit when ordering.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please e-mail us at orders@monkeyhanger.co as soon as possible, but must be within 30 days of delivery date, with your name, order number, details and photos of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as our goal.

GIN

Order Processing

Most in-stock products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from date of order. Please note that our gin is shipped in glass bottles and occasional breakages in transit can occur which may result in a delay to your order.

To purchase Monkey Hanger gin, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check, we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order. Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified.

In the UK, it is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18. Our distiller has adopted the Challenge 25 scheme and will request identification where there is any doubt surrounding a customer’s age and will conduct random age verification checks with our customers alongside our default age verification checks.

Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will require a signature on delivery. Our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipient’s age.

 

Domestic U.K. Shipping

All gin products ship free across the U.K.

Most U.K. orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and require a signature on delivery. At our discretion, based on the most suitable service for the order size or delivery address, we may ship via an alternative service or courier. Expedited shipping is not available. We do not offer local delivery or in-store pick-up.

Orders placed between 12pm (noon) on Friday and midnight Sunday will be dispatched Monday. Deliveries should normally be made by 9pm.

Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address, please consult your tracking information for the estimated delivery date. Please allow 1-3 extra working days for delivery to the following U.K. postcode areas: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE2, ZE3.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our Monkey Hanger gin internationally.

 

Order Issues

We hope that your gin arrives in perfect condition and exceeds your expectations.

When signing for your delivery, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If you notice any damage whatsoever, please refuse delivery and hand the parcel back to the courier to return to us.

If you discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please email us as soon as possible at orders@monkeyhanger.co with you name, order number and details of the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as our goal.

If your order is returned to Monkey Hanger Co., due to being undeliverable and you wish to have the product reshipped, shipping charges will be applied. We will contact you if goods are returned.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Our gin is produced in small batches and is subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund you as soon as possible.

Gin is a consumable product and therefore we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please e-mail us at orders@monkeyhanger.co as soon as possible, but must be within 30 days of delivery date, with your name, order number, details and photos, if applicable, of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as our goal.
