Single-origin, organic, decaf. Our single-origin Peru coffee is all of that and more!
This specialty coffee was developed by Rony Lavan, an established specialty coffee cupper, with a focus on supporting smallholder farms. Our beans are grown organically at altitudes from 1,650 to 1,800 meters (5,400-5,900 ft.) in the region of Jaen, Cajamarca, Peru.
For our decaf version, we use the Swiss Water® Process to decaffeinate the bean without the help of chemicals. The process keeps all of the delicious flavors of the bean intact, making it ideal for a rich, full body brew.
Featuring tasting notes of salty caramel, silky sweet, and citrus with low acidity, our regular caffeinated Peru is aromatic cup at any time of day, our choose our Decaf Peru when you want all the coffee flavor without the caffeine.
