Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

COFFEE

As our coffee is craft roasted to your order and is a perishable item, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.

In the event that your coffee is not as ordered, or has been damaged in transit, please e-mail us as soon as possible at orders@monkeyhanger.co with you name, order number and details of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as our goal.


MERCHANDISE

As all merchandise items are custom-made to your order, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges, other than for defective items.

For clothing items, please use the sizing charts available on the product pages to ensure the best fit when ordering.

Returning a Defective Item

If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • E-mail returns@monkeyhanger.co as soon as possible with your name, order number, details, and photos of the issue to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address provided in the RMA e-mail.
  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us, if accepted as a defective item.

 Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.


GIN

Our gin is produced in small batches and is subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund you as soon as possible.

Gin is a consumable product and therefore we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please e-mail us at orders@monkeyhanger.co as soon as possible, but must be within 30 days of delivery date, with your name, order number, details and photos, if applicable, of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction as our goal.

Returning a Defective Item

If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • E-mail returns@monkeyhanger.co as soon as possible with your name, order number, details, and photos of the issue, if applicable.

  • We will respond within 3 working days.
  • If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions via e-mail. If a refund is due, this will be processed and issued as a credit to your original form of payment as soon as possible. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take several days to process credits before they appear in your account. If you have received an e-mail notification from us that the refund has been processed but it has not appeared in your bank account, please contact your banking institution in the first instance.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Returned items should be in original, unused condition and packaging, where appropriate.
